We request that you follow the steps mentioned below to get a refund or replacement. All returns must be strictly reported within 7 days of the delivery.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days from our side if the online ticket is approved; accordingly, it will be processed and credited back to its original form of payment. If you claim a refund after 60 days of purchase, then you will receive store credit.
We are preparing all the orders as per the customized requirement from our consumers along with multi-steps for quality check. Under any circumstances, in case of any manufacturing defect or error, we will resolve the error and reship the order in priority with no extra charge to our consumer including returning the product when applicable. Also, the other option we provide is refund excluding shipping charges.
We do not accept the return if it is a non-manufacturing defect or error because each order is customized based on client requirement.

- Our guaranteed delivery dates on the website are based on the assumption that all information to process the orders including print-ready graphic artwork/file is received with the order. In case of any delay or missing information, the order might be delayed.
- We are using different reputed couriers and delivery services like Fed-ex, DHL, etc. In rare cases, due to natural calamities, there can be a delay in the delivery, and in these circumstances, neither are we responsible nor do we take responsibility for the delay.
- Due to the current Pandemic/COVID-19 situation, we are facing extensive interruptions from courier services/shipping carriers, and in these circumstances, neither are we responsible nor do we take responsibility for the delay.
